What Could Happen?
What could happen if thousands of people each made one donation to something they cared about — and then invited others to do the same?
That is the idea behind Dollars for Dolly.
There is no required donation amount.
There is no single organization everyone must support.
Instead, we are inviting people to choose a cause that is meaningful to them, make a donation directly to that organization, and then help keep the generosity moving by inviting others to participate.

How It Works

Choose a cause & Donate
Explore organizations participating in Dollars for Dolly or choose another legitimate organization that matters to you.
Give whatever amount is meaningful and manageable for you.

Share & Invite others
Tell your family, friends, coworkers, clients, neighbors, customers, congregation, organization, or social-media community what you did. Invite them to participate too.
They don’t have to support the same organization you supported. The goal is simply to inspire another act of generosity.
3.
Multiply & Keep it going
Ask those who participate to invite others.
- One donation becomes two.
- Two become ten.
- Ten can become hundreds.
That is the power of collective giving.
