Dollars for Dolly grew from a simple question:
What could happen if a lot of people each gave something — and then invited other people to give too?

Large-scale generosity doesn’t always have to begin with one enormous donation. Sometimes it can begin with thousands of ordinary people deciding to participate.

The idea is intentionally simple:

1. Choose a cause.
2. Give an amount that works for you.
3. Invite others to do the same.

No single organization owns generosity.
No single cause matters to everyone.
But almost everyone has something they care deeply about.

Dollars for Dolly exists to help turn that caring into action, inspired by Dolly’s legacy.

What if I can’t donate right now?

The primary focus of Dollars for Dolly is financial giving, but we never want someone’s financial circumstances to prevent them from participating in generosity.

If you cannot make a donation right now, you can still help by sharing Dollars for Dolly, telling someone about a participating organization, volunteering, or encouraging someone else who is able to give.

Give What You Have:

• One introduction may matter.
• One social-media post may matter.
• One volunteer hour may matter.
